As part of its quasi-judicial function towards promoting peace and tranquility in all parts of Ogun State, the State House of Assembly through its Committee on Trade and Investment has directed the leaderships of the State Association of Processed Wood Sellers as well as Processed Wood Producers and Marketers Association of Nigeria to maintain status quo ante, until the conclusion of the pending court case involving the two parties in relation to revenue collection.  The Chairman of the Committee, Hon. A member representing Ado-Odo/Ota II State Constituency, who is also the Deputy Minority Leader in the Ogun State House of Assembly, Hon. Musefiu Lamidi has commended the State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun for his fair distribution of infrastructural projects, especially in the award of road contracts, road rehabilitation and construction across the three Senatorial Districts.  This is just as the lawmaker also lauded the State Government's  developmental intervention in Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Area through the approval of the  age-long Ikoga-Ado-Odo road, which is a Federal road, Igbesa- Ejila and Lusada-Alapoti roads in his constituency; which he noted would bring about improved and seamless human and vehicular movements for the private sector operators having industries in the areas to have an easy link to the neighbouring State.
