OGHA APPROVES REVISED LOCAL GOVERNMENT ELECTION GUIDELINES, RECEIVES EXECUTIVE BILL ON ELECTRICITY GENERATION
Ogun State House of Assembly has approve the Ogun State Independent Electoral Commission's (OGSIEC) request for revised election guidelines in line with the provisions of Section 3(i)(i) and 5 of the the State Regulations Approval Law, 2020 The approval followed the presentation of the report of the Committee of the Whole House by the Deputy Speaker, Hon. Bolanle Ajayi, in respect of the request of the Commission, at a Plenary presided over by the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Oludaisi Elemide at the Assembly Complex, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta. The Deputy Whip, Hon. Tella Babatunde thereafter moved the motion for its adoption, seconded by Hon. Damilare Bello, and was unanimously supported by all the other lawmaker through a voice vote.
