OGHA PASSES RESOLUTION REQUESTING DIGITALISATION OF STATE LAWS, AS PROJECT CONTINUITY BILL SCALES FIRST READING
Ogun State House of Assembly has passed a resolution requesting a comprehensive compilation, publication and digitalisation of all existing laws of the State to enhance accessibility, preservation and revenue generation, even as the “Ogun State Development Planning and Project Community Law, 2025” was read for the first time during the plenary. The passage of the resolution, titled: "H.R. No. 155/OG/ 2025- The Need For Compilation, Publication and Digitalisation of Laws of Ogun State for Accessibility, Preservation and Revenue Generation," followed the motion moved by a member representating Ijebu North East State Constituency and the sponsor of the resolution, Hon. (Barr.) Oluseun Adesanya, seconded by the Minority Leader Lukman Adeleye and supported by the entire House.
