HOUSING: OGUN ALLOCATES HOMES TO FIFTY ADDITIONAL SUBSCRIBERS AT KOBAPE PHASE 3
In a concerted effort towards ensuring the delivery of affordable housing, the Ogun State Government has allocated two (2) and three (3) bedroom bungalows to additional Fifty (50) subscribers in the Prince Court Estate, Kobape Phase 3. The allocation according to a statement signed by the Commissioner for Housing Housing, Jamiu Akande Omoniyi, on Tuesday, was in fulfilment of the promise by the ministry to bridge the gap of shortfalls in the allocation of housing units in the Phase 2 of the housing scheme. He explained that the new set of allotees needed to be given priority as they were part of those subscribers who missed out in the allocation of about 100 units of homes carried out mid-year.
